Our Story
Welcome to Deliziosa – a true taste of Italy in one of Chapel Allerton’s oldest and most historic buildings. Owned and run by Tony, our restaurant blends traditional Italian hospitality with the charm of a venue steeped in local history.
At Deliziosa, we celebrate authentic Italian cuisine with a menu crafted from fresh, high-quality ingredients. From hand-stretched pizzas and rich, comforting pastas to seasonal specials and indulgent desserts, every dish is made with passion and care by our chef Andrea and Nonna (Tony's mum, Graziella).
Housed in one of Chapel Allerton’s most iconic buildings, our restaurant is full of character, offering a warm and inviting space to enjoy good food, fine wine, and great company. Whether you’re joining us for a romantic dinner, a family gathering, or a relaxed evening with friends, Tony and the team are here to make you feel at home.

We were very honoured to be featured on BBC Radio Leeds/York & Sheffield on Saturdays "The Yorkshire Kitchen" where we chatted with the host Kat and talked through a couple of authentic Italian dishes. Come and taste them for yourself.

Benvenuti – we can’t wait to welcome you!
Restoring Deliziosa
Deliziosa has been restored very carefully while maintaining the original structure and décor. Many people are not aware that it is one of the oldest buildings in Chapel Allerton! During the restoration works, Tony tried to preserve the atmosphere and richness of this important place. And here it is, this great little jewel in the heart of Chapel Allerton!
